Buyer Beware!!! I have purchased a few items from this store. Two of the pieces are in need of repair. I dropped them off when I was on holiday in November 2014. It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I have YET to hear from ANYONE concerning this matter, despite attempts on my end via email and phone calls. If one looks at icandi's website in the customer service section it states ..."we are committed to providing an excellent customer experience." Really?! The customer service is sub par at best. My advice: Stay far, far away from this place!!!!
