Review Don’t rent from her

I had to give the car back to her a day early due to emergency beyond my control which I explained to her prior to meeting her later that day. On arrival she was aggressive towards myself and my partner and threatened us, suggesting she would have got her son on us if he was in Barbados at the time because there was low fuel in the car, mind you, it was never discussed that we needed to top up, though I guess it would have been deemed as courteous. She also drove away with my suitcase which inconvenienced me and led me to incur fees at the airport. My partner also had to chase the car in order to get back my suitcase. Once he was able to do so, she cussed him aggressively and told him that she would be sending him a bill. At no point was anything discussed regarding money other than the cost of the renting the vehicle. She failed to explain the rental procedures also which I believe she should have done as you would expect when you provide a service.
