Hi I purchased headphones saturday 2017-06-17 from store they were working before I left the store I used the at work the evening and they remained in closed office untill today upon plugin in headset only one is working can i have these exchanged ?

I called the store location today several times i am not sure if because of the rain i am unable to get through please advise on this.
