I bought a beach bag in gatsby crystal cove in November 2012 , it was a present from my daughter. As I was leaving the next day I never used it until February 2013 . I returned to Barbados on the 12 th February and used the bag to travel back . The handles fell apart! So on arrival in Barbados I returned to the afore said shop on crystal cove . The lady in there Lisa, was extremely unhelpful ,she informed me a supervisor would contact me to discuss further. My husband had to make several phone calls to gatsby, before a lady called to tell me it was fair wear and Tear ! Again unbelievable, I had used the bag for one day. They state they would do nothing.
The morale here is DON'T BUY FROM GATSBY ......you have no rights .....I and my fried come to Barbados several times and I will never buy from them again they were very very unhelpful wouldn't even get it repaired for me. Bag not fit for purpose.
