Reviews of RBC Royal Bank Of Canada (Caribbean) Corporation

I have been banking with rbc since 2007 and have always had a terribele experience with the way they handle their clients.
The chain of command is rusty on the top level with their head DAVE LEGGE and the relationship manager AYOUB MORANCIE in st.kitts
Having done business with them of over 2 million usd each year by way of merchant services they raised our discount rate from 2.5 percent to 5 percent which is a HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!
The whole approach is nothing but non facilitating ,we have a total of 4 more corporations who are disgusted with their approach and will be taking an action collectively.
RBC just got downgraded 2 gradings on moodys report ,i guess when u employ such in efficient people your downfall is inevitable.
