CTS provides a personal emergency alarm service. It is ideal for older people who live or spend time alone, or anyone who is vulnerable and wants the reassurance and peace of mind that help is close at hand should they need it. CTS’s home-base alarm unit is a simple piece of equipment that works using GSM (mobile phone network). The user has a button (on a pendant worn around the neck or on the wrist) which they can press should they feel unwell, have a fall or other incident. They will be connected within seconds and can speak with a fully trained member of the CTS Monitoring Center who will arrange the appropriate help which could be a neighbor or family member or the appropriate emergency service. All of our home-base units can facilitate additional alarms such as flood, smoke, fire and movement detectors and falls alert which if activated sends an automatic alarm to the CTS Monitoring Center.
CTS can also provide a mobile phone with an emergency button and GPS tracking that connects with the CTS Monitoring Center if the user has an incident away from the home.
The CTS Monitoring Center is available day and night, whether the user needs instant assistance or just someone to reassure them. If urgent help is needed, we will make sure it’s on its way as quickly as possible – whether it’s the emergency services, doctor or nurse, or the help of a named emergency contact.

Our Telecare service is supplemented by optional homecare for people who require extra help with daily living tasks or in some cases nursing or palliative care.
